Pound Cake

Pound cakes are a classic for a reason! The crunchy top with buttery interior is fantastic by itself or served with fresh fruit and a dollop of whipped cream.

Serves 12-16.

Ingredients:
AP Flour (Wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)
Sugar
Butter (cream, salt)
Heavy Cream
Eggs
Vanilla Extract (natural extract of vanilla pods, water, alcohol, vanillin, corn syrup, caramel color)
Almond Extract (Almond Extract (water, alcohol, oil of bitter almond)
Cardamom
Salt
